Louisa May Alcott: The Woman Behind Little Women Documentary

This PBS American Masters documentary is the first film biography of Louisa May Alcott and was named Best Video of 2009 by the American Library Association Booklist.  With a script drawn from primary sources and filmed in many original locations, this documentary is an entertaining, intimate, and surprising portrait of the author.  Starring Elizabeth Marvel and featuring Jane Alexander.
